We are an independent study site — we cannot see, change or cancel your test booking, and we cannot answer questions about your immigration application. For anything about your booking, ID, refund or the test itself:

• Book or manage your test on GOV.UK (the official service — the test is £50).
• Life in the UK test helpline: 0800 015 4245, Monday to Friday, 8am–8pm.
• Immigration advice: always use a regulated adviser or solicitor, never a random website.
